MickPiace showcases products that are hand-crafted by our Italian artisans. As far as our jewelry, each order you place is custom made and, each piece is made according to your personalized selections.

We list our products in both Italian and American sizes.
Each product page includes a size guide with general conversions to help determine the best fit.

We accept payment through all major credit cards and PayPal.

We ship in the USA but we can arrange worldwide shipments upon request by emailing us at concierge@mickpiace.com

Orders may take 1 to 3 days to process and delivery times are estimated from the day of shipping.
As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.

Since our artisans make each product by hand from their workshops, the timing of arrival varies between approximately 1 and 3 weeks from your order date. You can always email us at concierge@mickpiace.com to get an exact timeline based on the craftsman’s backlog.

Our artisans start preparing your order the moment you place it, so we can only accommodate online order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order contains an error or you need help, please send us an email at concierge@mickpiace.com.

We currently offer free shipping to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) & Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for duties and taxes. Shipping to all other countries will be considered and calculated upon request by emailing us at concierge@mickpiace.com

We will send you an email confirmation when you place your order and another email once your order has shipped with a tracking code. You can email us any time at concierge@mickpiace.com to check in on status.

MickPiace offers a full refund to the original payment method for all items returned within 30 days. The items must be unused and in original & sellable conditions, original packaging, original invoice, leaflets, and certificates. No exchanges and returns for personalized items. All returns must be postmarked to MickPiace within 30 days of your receipt of the ordered items.

If one of your products is damaged or the items delivered do not correspond to your order, please contact us email at concierge@mickpiace.com

Email us at concierge@mickpiace.com and we’ll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. All returns must be unused and in original condition. Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt. Your return must arrive at MickPiace within 30 business days of the date you received the shipping label. Please allow 10 days for the transit time.

It takes our customer service center 2-3 days to receive and process your refund. We will send an e-mail once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
