Orders may take 1 to 3 days to process, and delivery times are estimated from the day of shipping. As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.

Since Our artisans make each product by hand from their workshops, the timing of arrival varies between approximately 1 and 3 weeks from your order date. You can always email us at michela@mickpiace.com to get an exact timeline based on the craftsmen’s backlog.

Please note; every piece of our jewelry is custom made in Italy on an order by order basis. Delivery times may take up to 3 weeks.

We currently offer free shipping to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) & Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for duties and taxes. Shipping to all other countries will be considered and calculated upon request by emailing us at michela@mickpiace.com
